目前,关联案件普遍存在,对个案审理影响重大,但未能引起足够重视,问题频发,应对策略不足,多为事后纠错与救济,整体处理方式较为被动。诉讼当事人关联案件调查表正是对此现状的积极回应,能够推动事前的预防与规制。制式化问询便于操作,可及时捕捉关联信息,契合诉讼诚信、裁判统一等理念,同时借助信息化手段,可使相应的决策判断更加准确高效。

The related cases are widespread at present,which have great influence on the case trial,but they have not attracted enough attention and the coping strategy is insufficient.Most of them are post-error correction and relief.The overall approach is more passive.
