监区文化改造实践研究

Study on the Practice of Cultural Transformation in Prison——From the Perspective of Legal Construction in Prison

随着监狱法治建设步伐的加快,监狱特别是对罪犯进行直接管理的监区需要始终把公平正义作为价值追求,自觉运用法治思维和法治方式在探索和实践中推动对罪犯文化改造高质量的提升。本文从目前监区文化改造现实情况出发,以罪犯从内心信仰和尊崇宪法和法律为文化改造目标,找出现阶段存在的问题和分析原因,思考设定监区文化改造内容、方法、体系,促使罪犯在服刑期间安心改造、积极改造,在刑满释放后不再犯罪、成为守法的现代社会公民。

With the acceleration of the construction of the rule of law in prisons,prisons,especially the prison zones under direct management of criminals,need to always take fairness and justice as the pursuit of value,consciously use the rule of law thinking and the rule of law to promote the high-quality improvement of the cultural reform of criminals in exploration and practice. Based on the reality of cultural transformation in the current prison area,this paper takes the criminal from the inner belief and respect of the Constitution and the law as the goal of cultural transformation,finds out the existing problems and the analysis reasons at this stage,thinks about setting the content,method and system of cultural transformation in the prison zone,and urges the criminals to transformation and actively transformation,and no longer commit crimes after the release of the prison sentence to become a law-abiding citizen of modern society.
