互联网时代高校法学教师考核评价体系之构建

高校法学教师考核评价体系的构建是高校法学教育改革的重要组成部分。当前,互联网信息技术已经成为高等教育改革发展的新引擎,在此背景下催生高等教育生态体系的新一轮变革。我国法学教师评价体系不完善、重论文轻教学、价值取向偏差、评价标准模糊、同质化严重等顽疴尚未解决,互联网技术浪潮的冲击对高校法学教师评价体系的构建又提出新的要求。因此在互联网时代背景下,迫切需要建立科学、完备的高校法学教师评价制度体系,注重师德、政治修养及文化自信的定性指标考量,科学设计教学工作量化评价标准,增加信息素养与相应能力的考核评价,建立兼顾理论与实践的分类考核评价,为高校法学教育体制内涵式发展、培育德法兼修的高素质法治人才提供完善的制度支撑。

The construction of the evaluation system of law teachers is an important part of the reform of law education in colleges and universities. At present,Internet information technology has become a new engine of the reform and development of higher education,in this context,it has given birth to a new round of reform of the ecological system of higher education. The evaluation system of law teachers in China is imperfect,the emphasis on the thesis is light teaching,the deviation of value orientation,the evaluation standard is fuzzy,the homogenization is serious and so on,which has not been solved,and the impact of the Internet technology wave has put forward new requirements for the construction of the evaluation system of law teachers in colleges and universities. Therefore,under the background of the Internet age,it is urgent to establish a scientific and complete evaluation system for law teachers in colleges and universities,pay attention to the qualitative index consideration of teacher's morality,political cultivation and cultural self-confidence,the quantitative evaluation criteria of scientific design teaching,increase the assessment and evaluation of information literacy and corresponding ability,and establish the evaluation of the classification in both theory and practice. It provides perfect system support for the development of the college legal education system and the cultivation of high-quality rule of law talents who are both moral and legal.
