基于OBE理念的财经法规课程教学研究

摘要 基于会计从业资格考试取消背景,围绕高职院校应用型会计专业人才培养这一主题,在财经法规课程教学中引入成果导向教育(OBE)理念,探索如何根据人才需求拟定出可测的预期学习成果指标,围绕成果指标设计课程体系、组织教学活动。成果为先,逆向设计,为提高课程教学质量,构建专业能力与职业素质相融合的新型人才培养模式提供理论支持。 With the cancellation of the accounting qualification examination,it should introduce the OBE concept in the teaching of financial and economic courses with focusing on the theme of application-oriented accounting professionals training in vocational colleges,explore and formulate the expected learning indicators according to the talent requirements,and design the curriculum and organize teaching activities. The outcomes should be the first,it can provide theoretical support for improving the quality of course teaching and constructing a new talent training mode which combines professional ability and occupational qualities.
