Exploration on the Realization Path of Foster Character and Civic Virtue of Vocational Colleges Counselors

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。在新时代背景下,如何创新落实高职院校辅导员立德树人根本任务和实现途径,是目前广大高职院校的重要任务。目前,高职院校辅导员在实现立德树人的理念、能力与评价等方面仍存在问题,高职院校辅导员要在把握立德树人科学内涵、不断强化自身素质、坚持“三全”育人与探索“互联网+”教育方法上下功夫,不断开创高职学校立德树人教育新局面。

College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education. In the context of the new era,how to innovate and implement the fundamental tasks and realization path of foster character and civic virtue is an important task of vocational colleges. Combining with the practical significance of foster character and civic virtue education,this article pointed out the problems in realizing the ideas,abilities and evaluations of foster character and civic virtue education of vocational colleges counselors,and put forward that the counselors should grasp the scientific connotations of foster character and civic virtue education,constantly strengthen their own qualities,adhere to scientific education method,to create a new situation in vocational colleges.
