高职院校“1+X”证书制度试点的理解、思考与准备

Understanding,Thought and Preparation of “1+X” Certificate System Trial in Vocational Colleges

2019年1月,国务院印发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确要求启动“1+X”证书制度试点工作。针对我国职业教育发展史上的这一重大创新和实践,从培养高素质复合型技术技能人才,提高证书的公信力和认可度以及实施“微观教学组织改革”等三个方面,阐述对高职院校“1+X”证书制度试点的理解、思考与准备。

It is well-known that in January 2019, the State Council has issued the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” which explicitly requires to start the “1 + X” certificate system trail. Apparently, during the important innovation and practice in China’s development history of vocational education, the paper tries to expound the understanding, thoughts and preparation of the “1+X” certificate system trial in vocational colleges from following aspects such as cultivating high-quality and skilled talents, improving the credibility and reputation of certificates, and implementing the “micro-teaching organization reform”.
