摘要
技能大赛是促进专业教学改革、提高人才培养质量和促进学生高质量就业的有效途径和手段。以汽车检测与维修赛项为例,针对重比赛轻教学、比赛标准与课程建设脱节、技能大赛成果转化率低、教师专业技能水平提升慢以及教学过程与工匠精神融合程度低等问题,须正确认识技能大赛与教育教学的辩证关系,重构基于工作过程的汽修专业课程,将汽修职业技能大赛成果转化为信息化教学资源,打造竞赛型教学团队,拓展第二课堂是深入教学改革的重要对策。
It is well-known that vocational skills competition is the important method to promote specialty teaching reform, enhance students’high-quality employment and improve specialty teaching quality. The paper tries to take automobile inspection and maintenance competition as an example and find out the problems, which emphasize competition over teaching, fail to integrate competition standards and curriculum construction, lack of high conversion rate of skill contest results, slowly improved teachers’ professional skills, and lead to lower integration of teaching process and craftsman spirit. Therefore, it tries to recommend some countermeasures such as correctly understanding the dialectical relationship between skill competition and teaching, reconstructing automobile professional courses, transforming the achievements of automobile professional skill competition into informationized teaching resources, building competitive teaching teams, and expanding the second classroom.
