It is quite clear that in recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the new media, a new technique which is a follow-up of traditional media, has been widely used in different professions. There is no doubt that taking advantage of the new media, Guangxi Modern Polytechnic College explores the carrier and way of propaganda work and guidance of consensus in colleges.
