众所周知,医患纠纷是我国现阶段比较突出的社会矛盾,这一矛盾直接影响到医疗秩序的良好发展和社会的稳定。医患纠纷产生的主要原因之一是医患双方沟通问题,医患沟通主要表现为医患之间的话语互动,一旦医患话语互动出现冲突性话语,则给医患纠纷埋下隐患。显然,科学构建医患话语互动的程序防止冲突性话语出现成为解决医患纠纷的新视角、新途径。

Therefore, it is essential to build the doctor-patient discourse interaction procedures and prevent the emergence of conflict discourse. The purpose is to have a new perspective to solve doctor-patient disputes.
