激光功率密度检测系统设计

Design of Laser Power Density Measurement System Based on ARM and ADS1274

摘要 采用三星公司生产ARM9系列中的S3C2440A芯片作为处理器,通过热电堆传感器和热电偶传感器采集功率信号和温度信号,以ADS1274芯片为核心的AD转换电路对采集到的信号进行模数转换,经处理器处理后将数据显示在全彩LCD触摸屏上。利用ADS1274芯片的特性提高了模数转换速率,简化了电路设计;由于采用ARM9系列芯片作为处理器,将嵌入式技术引入到功率密度测量系统中降低了测量误差率差并且实现了多线程操作的功能,在检测功率密度、监测被照射物体表面温度和记录光照时间的同时又能够很好的与使用者进行交互,满足了实际临床需求。 Using S3C2440A chip produced by Samsung Corp ARM9 series as core processor,use thermopile and thermocouple sensors to collect power signal and temperature signal,The AD conversion circuit with ADS1274 chip as the core carries on the analog-digital conversion to the collected signal,after processing by the processor,the data is displayed on the full color LCD touch screen.Because of the characteristics of the ADS1274 chip,the rate of AD convert is improved,the circuit is simplified;Because of ARM9 series chips as processor,the embedded technology is introduced into the power density measurement system,made the measurement error is reduced and the functionality of multi-threaded operation is realized,while detecting the power density,monitoring the surface temperature of the illuminated object and recording the illumination time,it can interact well with the user to meet the actual clinical needs.
