大数据在基层党建中的积极成效及运用分析

随着信息技术的不断发展和信息技术在社会各个领域的深入应用,数据量与日俱增,人类社会进入了大数据时代。大数据作为新技术、新手段、新思维和新理念,能够有效增强基层党建工作的整体性、针对性、时效性和创新性,对基层党建工作质量提升具有重要意义。当前,基层运用大数据提升党建工作质量存在思维转变、技术能力和体制机制等方面的困境,设计和开发大数据背景下基层智慧党建系统,对于突破这些困境,提升党建质量、提高党建工作效率具有很大的促进作用。本系统经过一年多的平稳运行,克服了传统基层党建工作中面临的困难,解决了实际工作中的问题,取得了可观的积极成效。

With the development of information technology and the application of information technology in various fields of society,the data volume goes up and the era of big data is coming.Big data as a new technology which means new thinking and new ideas which can effectively enhance the integrity,pertinence,timeliness and innovation of basic level party building work,which is of great significance to improve the quality of basic level party building work.Now there are some difficulties in improving the quality of Party building by using big data at the basic level.Designing and developing a smart Party building system at the basic level under the background of big data will play a very important role in breaking through these difficulties.After more than a year's smoothly operation,the system has overcome the difficulties faced by the traditional basic level party building work,solved the problems in the actual work and achieved considerable positive results.
