摘要 大数据及其商业价值已经开始对社会经济产生深远的影响,技术市场上大数据人才供不应求。论文阐述了大数据人才对应的专业基础能力、专业核心能力和应用拓展能力要求,分析了技术型、咨询型和复合型三类大数据人才的知识能力结构要求,通过比较IT类专业与非IT类专业的计算机应用能力差异,获得了大数据人才类型与专业的关联性。 Big data and its commercial value have begun to have a profound impact on social economy,and the demand for big data talents in the technology market is in short supply.The requirements of professional basic ability,professional core ability and application development ability for big data talents were discussed in this paper,and the structural requirements of knowledge ability for three types of big data talents:technical type,consultant type and composite type were analyzed.By comparing the differences of computer application ability between IT and non-IT majors,the relationship between big data talents type and specialty was obtained.
