如意金黄散高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立测定如意金黄散的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱方法,用于控制该制剂质量。方法采用HPLC梯度洗脱法测定如意金黄散指纹图谱,色谱柱为Waters XTerra MS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈为流动相A,0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相B,流速:1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长:254 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果 10批如意金黄散样品HPLC色谱图中标示出21个共有峰,其中确证9个已知峰分别为甘草酸、苍术素、厚朴酚、姜黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚;明确了21个共有峰的原药材归属。结论该法建立的如意金黄散HPLC指纹图谱重复性好,色谱峰信息量大,为全面控制该制剂的质量提供了可靠方法。 Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint chromatogram for the quality control of Ruyi Jinhuang Pulvis. Methods The separation was performed on a waters XTerra MS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,the eluent was monitored by a UV detector set at 254 nm.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results There were 21 common peaks for the sample,and nine of them were identified as atractylomadin,magnolol,curcumin,aloeemodin,emodin,rhein,chrysophanol,physcion, respectively. Conclusion The method showes good respeatability and informative chromatogram,which can provide credible quality control method for Ruyi Jinhuang San.
