摘要 该文分析了诸暨风玫瑰图特征,得知NNE风与SSW风为全年两个方向相反的主导风向。论述了诸暨城市总体规划将工业区布局在城西的合理性。简析了风与城西工业区3种主要大气污染物PM10、SO2及NO2浓度的关系,城西工业区居民高度关注的特殊大气污染形态“恶臭污染物”投诉与风的关系,指出了城西工业区居民受工业废气污染物的影响不可避免,工业区内建人口较为集中的民生工程需慎之又慎。呼吁尊重气象要素风的客观规律,强化规划的刚性约束,以确保工业区的定位不走样不变形。 The Wind Rose Diagram and its application were expounded. The characteristics of Zhuji Wind Rose Map were analyzed. It is known that NNE wind and SSW wind are the dominant wind directions opposite to each other throughout the year. The rationality of the layout of industrial zones in the west of Zhuji City in the overall planning of Zhuji City was expounded. The relationship between wind and the concentration of Pm10,SO ramming and NO ramming of three main air pollutants in industrial zones in the west of Zhuji City,and the relationship between complaints of "odorous pollutants" and wind were briefly analyzed. It is pointed out that the influence of industrial exhaust pollutants on residents in west Zhuji City industrial zone is unavoidable. People's livelihood projects with a relatively concentrated population in industrial zones need to be cautious and prudent. It appeals to respect the objective law of meteorological element wind,rigid constraints of reinforcement planning,to ensure that the orientation of industrial zones is not distorted and not deformed.
