政府支持农民合作社参与产业扶贫,是在对产业环境、政策环境、农民合作社的优势和需求等因素综合判断基础上的理性选择。政府投入扶贫资金能够促进农民合作社发展壮大,让贫困户依托农民合作社增收进而脱贫。但是,政府对农民合作社的不恰当干预会产生一些问题,而解决这些问题,迫切需要建立农民合作社参与产业扶贫的长效机制,提升农民合作社的服务能力和水平,改善政府扶持农民合作社的方式,调动贫困户参与农民合作社的积极性。

Governmental support for farmer cooperatives to participate in poverty alleviation through industrial development is the result of rational choice based on the comprehensive judgment of factors such as industry and policy environment, as well as advantages and needs of farmer cooperatives.Governmental investment can promote the development and growth of farmer cooperatives, so the poor households can increase their income through farmer cooperatives and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.However, the inappropriate governmental intervention in farmer cooperatives will cause some problems.To solve these problems, it is urgent to establish a long-term mechanism for farmer cooperatives to participate in poverty alleviation through industrial development, to improve the service ability and level of farmer cooperatives, to improve the way of governmental support for farmer cooperatives, and to mobilize the enthusiasm of poor households to participate in farmer cooperatives.
