计量异常通常意味着供电企业的供售电量不平衡,大多数情况均为异常期间电量少计,因此,合理把控好异常恢复后的电量追补环节,是保证供用电企业双方经济利益以及避免国有资产流失的重要举措。由此,本文主要探讨某供电公司辖区内发生10kV电力用户电能计量异常情况,并提出电能追补方案,以期为电能追补提供参考。

Abnormal measurement usually means that the supply and sale of electricity in power supply enterprises are unbalanced. Most of the cases are short of electricity during the abnormal period. Therefore, it is an important measure to ensure the economic interests of both sides of power supply and consumption enterprises and to avoid the loss of state-owned assets to properly control the recovery link of electricity after the abnormal recovery. Therefore, this paper mainly discussed the abnormal situation of electric energy measurement of 10kV electric power users in a power supply company, and put forward a scheme of electric energy recovery, in order to provide reference for elec. tric energy recovery.
