摘要
神达金山煤业12103综采面回采时矿压显现剧烈,支护工作阻力增加。为有效减缓生产中矿压显现带来的危害,对12103综采面顶板运动规律进行实测分析,提出减缓顶板初次来压强度及顶板控制管理的方法。在工作面推进距离切眼35m时强制放顶,成功减轻初次来压的影响,在周期来压将来临时做好支护与顶板管理,保证了回采安全。
The mining pressure of 12103 fully mechanized face in Shenda Jinshan Coal Mine shows intense, and the support resistance increases. In order to effectively alleviate the hazards caused by the occurrence of ground pressure in production, the roof movement law of 12103 fully mechanized mining face was measured and analyzed, and the methods of reducing the initial roof weighting strength and roof control and management were put forward. The forced roof caving at 35m distance from the cut hole in the working face successfully alleviates the influence of the initial weighting pressure, and temporarily completes the support and roof management in the future of the periodic weighting pressure to ensure the safety of mining.
