摘要
巷道掘进过断层时,顶板易破碎,巷道稳定性差,支护困难。本文以余吾煤业S1302运输巷掘进过F11正断层为例,提出“超前预注浆加固+联合加强支护”的支护方案,结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件对提出的支护方案进行模拟验证。实践证明,提出的支护方案提高了断层带破碎顶板的完整性,保障了工作面的安全生产。
When the roadway drives through the fault, the roof is fragile, the stability of the roadway is poor, and the support is difficult. Taking S1302 transport roadway of Yuwu Coal Industry as an example, this paper puts forward the support scheme of "advanced pre-grouting reinforcement + combined reinforcement support", and simulates and verifies the support scheme with FLAC3D numerical simulation software. Practice has proved that the proposed support scheme improves the integrity of broken roof in fault zone and ensures the safety of working face.
