摘要
综采工作面快速通过断层成为影响煤矿高效高产安全开采的重要因素。以回坡底煤矿10-108工作面为例进行了过断层的实践研究。根据断层实况设计了两套过断层方案,经对比分析确定采用硬过法过断层。同时从更换截齿、调整采高、爆破落矸、加强支护和注浆加固措施五个方面制定了过断层的技术方案。实践结果表明该方案的安全生产技术效果明显。
For fully mechanized coal mining face, rapid crossing faults is an important factor contributing to highly efficient and safe mining of the coal mine. Taking the 10-108 working face of Huipodi Coal Mine as an example, practical study of crossing faults is carried out. Two sets of fault-crossing schemes are designed according to the actual situation. Based on comparative analysis, the hard-crossing method is adopted to pass through faults. At the same time, the technical scheme is formulated from five aspects: replacing cutting pick, adjusting mining height, blasting waste, strengthening support and grouting reinforcement. The practical results show that the safety production scheme is effective.
