综采工作面过平行空巷技术措施

摘要 为了解决锦瑞煤业8101综采工作面过平行空巷期间工作面顶板安全问题,采取了单体支柱及木垛联合支护,配合巷内和端头锚杆、锚索补强加强空巷顶板管理,工作面调斜逐步揭露并通过空巷、追机擦顶拉架和保证支架初撑力等技术措施。矿压观测结果表明:综采工作面过空巷期间工作面顶板控制效果较好,实现了工作面安全过空巷。 In order to ensure the roof safety of the 8101 fully mechanized mining face in Jinrui Coal Industry during the course of crossing parallel empty roadway, the combined supports of single pillar & wooden chock are adopted to strengthen roof management of empty roadway with bolt and cable reinforcement. Meanwhile, other measures such as gradual exposure of working face inclination, chasing machine and scraping roof bracket, as well as a guarantee of initial supporting force of support are also applied. The results of rock pressure observation show that the roof control effect of fully mechanized mining face is good in the course of passing through empty roadway, and the safe goaf crossing of working face is realized.
