摘要
针对厂房的环境特点及空间位置关系,对洗煤厂原煤车间原煤在分配、分级和转移过程中产生大量粉尘的运移规律及治理问题进行研究,利用玻璃钢材质设计制作了特定型号尺寸的冲击式水浴除尘系统,制定了封闭大面积尘源与局部密闭的通风除尘控制方案,通过治理,各扬尘点粉尘浓度平均降低93.9%,效果显著。
In view of the environmental characteristics and spatial position relationship of the workshop, this paper studies the movement law and treatment of a large amount of dust produced by raw coal in the process of distribution, classification and transfer in the raw coal workshop of the coal washery, designs and manufactures an impact waterbath dust removal system with a specific size by using the quality of FRP, and formulates a control scheme for closed large area dust sources and partially closed ventilation and dust removal. The dust concentration of each dust-raising point was reduced by 93.9% on average, and the effect was remarkable.
