顶板高位钻孔瓦斯抽放技术的应用

摘要 为有效解决高瓦斯综采工作面通风方式改变后上隅角瓦斯超限问题,研究提出顶板高位钻孔抽采瓦斯的方式进行工作面上隅角瓦斯治理。依据工作面实际地质条件,确定高位钻孔的终孔距3号煤层的最大垂距为60m,由数据统计分析可知:抽放高浓度瓦斯的持续时间增加了近20d,割煤期间瓦斯的最大浓度为0.35%,上隅角瓦斯问题得到控制。 In order to effectively solve the problem of gas exceeding limit in upper corner after the ventilation mode of high gas fully mechanized mining face is changed, the method of gas extraction by high-level roof boreholes is studied and put forward to control gas in upper corner of working face. According to the actual geological conditions of the working face, the maximum vertical distance between the final hole of the high-level borehole and No. 3 coal seam is determined to be 60m. According to the statistical analysis of the data, it can be seen that the duration of draining highconcentration gas has increased by nearly 20 days, the maximum concentration of gas during coal cutting is 0.35%, and the problem of gas in the upper corner has been controlled.
