巷道快速密闭墙技术及装备的研究

Research on Technology and Equipment of Fast Airtight Wall in Roadway

针对山西陵川崇安关岭山煤业公司的传统临时密闭墙无法适应矿井安全高效开采需要,设计了巷道快速密闭墙技术及装备,用于煤矿生产抢险救援工作当中,可以有效实现通风系统调改风量、堵截巷道风流、封闭采空区、密闭灾区的作用。实践应用效果表明该快速密闭墙技术应用效果良好,有效地提高了密闭墙的可靠性和稳定性。

Considering that the traditional temporary airtight wall of Lingchuan Chong'an Guanlingshan Coal Industry cannot meet the needs of safe and efficient mining in coal mines, the technology and the equipment of fast airtight wall in roadway are designed for emergency rescue in coal mine production. It can effectively adjust ventilation system, block air flow in roadway, and close goaf and disaster area. Practical results show that the effect of the technology is good, and the reliability and stability of the airtight wall are effectively improved.
