摘要
针对庞庞塔煤矿煤层倾角处于18°~32°,常用带式输送机的使用会造成煤块下滑、散落和堵塞等问题,该矿在常用带式输送机的基础上进行了优化改造,将带式输送机改为封闭式结构,增加了断带减速装置,有效地解决了大倾角巷道的运输难题。
The dip angle of the coal seam in Pangpangta Coal Mine is between 18°and 32°. The use of common belt conveyor will cause problems such as coal slipping, scattering and blockage. In order to solve these problems, the mine optimized and modified the common belt conveyor, changed its structure into closed one, and added a belt-breaking decelerator, which effectively solves the transportation problem of the roadway with large dip angle.
