摘要
针对庄旺煤矿煤层厚度较大和回采率低的现状,对回采工作面的液压支架进行了选型,并分析了工作面长度对支承应力的影响。结果表明:所选支架能够满足生产需求并提高顶煤回收率,且随着工作面长度的加大,工作面前方支承压力峰值增加,增加工作面长度有利于支承压力对顶煤的破碎,采用大采高放煤工艺,回采率最高达到为83%。
The coal seam is fairly thick and the recovery rate is low in Zhuangwang Coal Mine. According to this, the hydraulic support of the mining face was selected, and the influence of working face length on supporting stress was analyzed. The results show that the selected support can meet production demand and improve top coal recovery rate. With the extension of the working face, the peak value of abutment pressure in front of the working face increases. Therefore, increasing the length of the working face is conducive to the crushing of top coal by means of abutment pressure;the maximum recovery rate can reach 83% by adopting the large mining height caving technology.
