摘要 岱庄煤矿煤炭产品采用汽车进行发运,装车时仓下扇形装车闸门打开,物料直接放入汽车内装车外运,装车发运效率较低。岱庄煤矿结合煤炭发运现有条件,对煤炭产品装车方案进行改进,安装了动态称重给煤机及自动化集中装车控制系统,实现了产品的快速装车,解决了传统汽车装车时间长、效率低、无计量设施的问题。 The coal products of Daizhuang Coal Mine are transported by automobiles. When loading, the fanshaped loading gate under the warehouse is opened, and the materials are directly put into the car for loading and transporting, which results in low efficiency of loading and transporting. Daizhuang Coal Mine combined with the existing conditions of coal transportation, improved the loading scheme of coal products, installed dynamic weighing coal feeder and automatic centralized loading control system, realized the rapid loading of products, and solved the problems of long loading time, low efficiency and no metering facilities of traditional automobiles.
