摘要
为切实抓好地面个别区域治理,柴里煤矿通过对区域内设备进行改造、创新,推行网格化质量创建,打造出一种基于区域治理的创建模式,完善了操作流程,规范了现场精细化管理,实现降本增效的效益最大化。
In order to effectively manage individual areas on the ground, Chaili Coal Mine, through renovation and innovation of equipment in the area and implementation of grid quality creation, has created a creative model based on regional governance, improved the operation process, standardized the refined management on the spot, and maximized the benefits of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
