FRP筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁抗弯性能及在T型梁桥施工中的应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过在混凝土梁中加入不同含量的FRP筋钢纤维,研究其对混凝土梁的抗弯性能的影响。通过与试验对比分析,探索了FRP筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁的抗弯性能,并分析了其在T型桥施工的应用。试验结果表明:FRP筋钢纤维混凝土在受压的过程中会出现几种破坏形式,不仅有混凝土梁的受弯承载力不足,同时混凝土在受压的过程中也会出现混凝土压碎的情况;混凝土中加入FRP筋能够有效的限制混凝土的裂缝的发展,对于其抗弯承载力有很大程度的提升。FRP筋钢纤维混凝土相比普通混凝土的开裂荷载、极限荷载都有所增加,FRP筋钢纤维体积含量分别为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%的混凝土的开裂荷载分别提高了19.1%、28.1%、57.4%、35.2%。 The influence of the steel fiber with different content of FRP ribs on the flexural behavior of concrete beams is studied. Through the comparison with the test,the bending performance of FRP steel fiber high strength concrete beams was explored and its application in T-bridge construction was analyzed. The test results show that FRP steel fiber reinforced concrete will have several failure modes during the compression process,not only the bending capacity of the concrete beam is insufficient,but also the concrete crushing during the compression process;The addition of FRP bars to concrete can effectively limit the development of concrete cracks and greatly improve the flexural capacity. The cracking load and ultimate load of FRP steel fiber reinforced concrete increased compared with ordinary concrete. The cracking load of concrete with FRP steel fiber volume content of 0.2%,0.4%,0.6% and 0.8% increased by 19.1%,respectively. 28.1%,57.4%,35.2%.
