减水剂类型对混凝土路用性能影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究不同减水剂种类对混凝土性能的影响,结合室内试验方法,分别针对掺入聚羧酸减水剂、氨基磺酸盐减水剂和萘系减水剂混凝土的工作性能、抗压强度和早期收缩率进行对比分析,结果表明:混凝土掺入适量的减水剂可以有效提高混凝土的工作性能、抗压强度和降低早期收缩变形;掺入聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土工作性能最佳、抗压强度最高和早期收缩率最低,其次是氨基磺酸盐减水剂,效果最差的是萘系减水剂。研究结果可为掺入减水剂混凝土设计研究提供理论参考和借鉴。 In order to study the influence of different kinds of water-reducing agents on the performance of concrete,this paper aims at the performance of concrete mixed with polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent,aminosulfonate water reducer and naphthalene series water-reducing agent,respectively,through the laboratory test method. The compressive strength and early shrinkage rate were compared and analyzed. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of water reducer into concrete could effectively improve the working performance,compressive strength and reduce the early shrinkage deformation of concrete. The concrete with polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the best working performance,the highest compressive strength and the lowest early shrinkage rate,followed by aminosulfonate water reducer,and the naphthalene series water reducer has the worst effect. The results of the study can be reduced by doping. The research on the design of water-soluble concrete provides theoretical reference and reference.
