摘要 针对包钢2250mm热轧线轮辐用热轧车轮钢BT380CL在用户加工过程中出现的开裂问题,取母材拉伸试样、金相试样和硬度试样,取轮辐开裂处及未开裂处的金相试样,通过力学性能检测、金相组织观察、夹杂物的扫描电镜观察及能谱分析,得出本次热轧车轮轮辐用钢的旋压冲孔开裂原因为板材心部产生的珠光体偏析带、硫化物条带及硅酸盐和铝酸盐夹杂与基体的塑性不一致导致。 Regarding to the cracking problem of hot-rolled wheel steel BT380CL used for spoke produced with the 2250 mm hot rolling production line of Baotou Steel during the machining process of customer, the cause for the flow forming punching cracking of hot-rolled wheel steel used for spoke is that the segregation band of pearlite, stripe of sulfide as well as such inclusions as silicate and aluminate in the center of plate are inconsistent with the plasticity of matrix through testing mechanical property, observing metallographic structure, scanning electron microscope observation of inclusions and energy spectrum analysis on the samples of tensile sample of parent metal, metallographic specimen and hardness sample as well as the metallographic specimen of both cracked and uncracked parts of spoke.
