摘要
以聚氨酯共聚乳液为改性剂、YHL-1(脱氢卡维汀)为稳定剂、聚乙烯醇和磷酸三丁酯作为其他助剂,通过对基质沥青进行改性制备新型高弹性水乳型防水卷材,并研究各种添加剂和发育温度对新型卷材的性能的影响。结果表明:当聚氨酯共聚乳液、YHL-1、聚乙烯醇和磷酸三丁酯的质量分数分别为15%、0. 3%、1. 5%和0.15%,且发育温度为180℃时,新型高弹性水乳型防水卷材的性能最为优异。
Using polyurethane copolymer emulsion as modifier,YHL-1( dehydrocarvedine) as stabilizer,polyvinyl alcohol and tributyl phosphate as other auxiliaries,a new type of high-elastic water-emulsion waterproof rolling material was prepared by modifying matrix asphalt. And the effects of various additives and development temperature on the properties of the new rolling material were studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of polyurethane copolymer emulsion,YHL-1,polyvinyl alcohol and tributyl phosphate are 15%,0. 3%,1. 5% and 0. 15% respectively,and the development temperature is 180 ℃,the new type of water-emulsion waterproof material with high elasticity has the best performance.
