摘要
极寒地区环境条件恶劣(?30℃~55℃),安装在船舶露天甲板上的救生艇架常常由于积冰而无法运行。通过加热救生艇架转动轴处,可使热量经轴传导到滚轮,从而使滚轮温度始终保持在0℃以上,保证移动臂能从固定臂中伸出,进而顺利释放救生艇、确保人员安全转移。
Environment condition of extremely cold area is very sever (30℃~55 ℃), lifeboats installed on the open deck of ships are often unable to operate due to ice accretion. By heating the rotating shaft of the lifeboat, the heat can be transmitted to the roller through the shaft, so that the temperature of the roller is always maintained above 0 ℃, and the moving arm can be extended from the fixed arm, thereby the lifeboat can be easily released and the safe transfer of personnel is ensured.
