船舶压载水紫外处理器的CFD数值模拟

摘要 为克服传统样机试验方法周期长、耗资巨大的缺点,采用工程设计领域中广泛应用的CFD仿真技术,得出紫外化反应器的流场和光场分布,并借助于自主开发的流场与光场耦合计算程序,计算出紫外处理器的关键性能参数—紫外辐射剂量,为紫外处理器的结构优化设计提供了关键的数据参考。 In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional prototype test method and the huge cost, the CFD simulation technology widely used in the field of engineering design is used to obtain the flow field and light field distribution of UV reactor. At the same time, with the self-developed flow field and light field coupling calculation program, the key performance parameter of the UV processor, the ultraviolet radiation dose, is calculated, which provides a key data reference for the structural optimization design of UV reactor.
