微波-活性炭协同处理焦化废水中PAHs 被引量:3

摘要 以焦化废水中多环芳烃(PAHs)为研究对象,在微波辐射下,以活性炭为吸波介质,通过改变微波作用时间、活性炭种类及用量,分析了微波与活性炭共同处理对废水中低环PAHs去除效果和pH值的影响。试验结果表明,微波温度一定时,处理时间的增加更有利于二环和三环PAHs的降解,当时间为12min时,PAHs的总体处理效果最好,去除率在60%左右,二环PAHs最高去除率为59%,三环PAHs去除率为62%,pH值始终维持在8.27左右。与木质活性炭相比,焦油活性炭作为吸波介质处理效果更佳,焦油活性炭质量5g时,二环PAHs最高去除率为51%,三环PAHs去除率为96%,焦化废水pH值为8.18。选择适宜种类和质量的活性炭可以获得较高的去除率。 Taking polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in coking wastewater as the research object, under the microwave irradiation, using activated carbon as the absorbing medium, the eff ect of microwave and activated carbon treatment on PAHs removal and pH value in wastewater was analyzed by changing the microwave action time and the type and amount of activated carbon.. The test results show that the increase of treatment time is more conducive to the degradation of bicyclic and tricyclic PAHs when the microwave temperature is fixed. When the time is 12 min, the overall treatment eff ect of PAHs is the best, the removal rate is about 60%, and the bicyclic PAHs is the highest. The removal rate was 59%, the tricyclic PAHs removal rate was 62%, and the pH value was always maintained at about 8.27. Compared with wood activated carbon, tar activated carbon has better eff ect as wave-absorbing medium. When the mass of tar activated carbon is 5 g, the highest removal rate of bicyclic PAHs is 51%, the removal rate of tricyclic PAHs is 96%, and the pH of coking wastewater is 8.18. Selecting the appropriate type and quality of activated carbon can achieve higher removal rates.
