摘要
本文介绍了人的因素分析与分类系统(HFACS)的产生、模型的框架结构,以及HFACS模型在航空、铁路、航海三大交通领域的应用发展现状。HFACS在航空领域应用最为成熟,主要基于对飞行事故报告的统计分析,找出事故发生的关键因素;在铁路领域和航海领域的研究起步较晚,而且应用时需要结合领域的特点进行适当的修正。最后,分析了HFACS的优势和不足,设想了HFACS进一步应用发展的前景。
This paper introduced the formation and the framework of Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS). Then, elaborated the current states and progress of HFACS in the field of aviation, railway and navigation. And found that the model most widely used in aviation, the main content was casting about for the key factors of accidents based on the statistical analysis of flight accident reports, however, the application and research of HFACS in railway and navigation started relatively late. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of HFACS were analyzed, and the prospect of further application and development of HFACS was envisaged.
