基于OBE理念教学模式下高职工商管理专业学生职业核心能力培养研究

高职工商管理专业学生的职业核心能力培养有助于提升该专业学生的市场竞争力,加快该专业学生社会化进程,有助于该专业学生更好地适应未来职业变化和就业环境的变化。笔者以惠州经济职业技术学院工商管理专业学生的职业核心能力现状为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,了解高职工商管理专业学生职业核心能力的情况以及未来的期许,探讨在高职教学中运用成果导向教学理念提升该专业学生的职业核心能力。

The cultivation of vocational core competence of students majoring in business administration in higher vocational colleges is helpful to improve the market competitiveness of students majoring in this major, accelerate the socialization process of students majoring in this major, and help students of this major better adapt to future career changes and changes in employment environment. The author to Huizhou economic vocational and technical college professional core abilities for students majoring in business management as the research object, through the way of questionnaire survey, understand the core competence of the higher vocational business management professional students career situation and future expectations, to explore whether can use results oriented teaching in higher vocational teaching, the application of the professional core abilities of the students.
