超聚能-球缺复合药型罩形成侵彻体的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 提出了一种超聚能-球缺复合药型罩。在考虑静水压力的情况下,采用LS-DYNA软件分别数值仿真了超聚能药型罩、球缺罩以及超聚能-球缺复合药型罩对水夹层复合靶结构的毁伤效应。结果表明:超聚能药型罩形成的毁伤元虽然可以穿透双层靶,但对于第二层靶板开孔较小,开孔直径只有0.3D左右;球缺罩形成的EFP在水介质的阻力作用下无法穿透第二层靶板;超聚能-球缺复合药型罩形成的双毁伤元穿透了第二层靶板,并且开孔直径达到0.6D左右。 New composite liners, namely hypercumulation-spherical composite liners, was proposed. Considering the hydrostatic pressure, the LS-DYNA software was used to numerically simulate the damage effect of the hypercumulation liner, the spherical liner and the hypercumulation-spherical composite liners penetration into the compound target of water interlayer. The results show that although hypercumulation can penetrate the compound target of water interlayer, the opening of the second target is small, the diameter of the opening is only about 0.3D;the EFP formed by the spherical liner cannot penetrate the second layer of the target in the resistance of the aqueous medium. The hypercumulation-spherical composite liners can penetrate the second layer of the target and the diameter of the opening is about 0.6D. The research results provide the value of reference for improving the damage performance of the torpedo warhead.
