摘要
采用三种不同单元模拟吊挂横梁连接螺栓,有限元仿真结果基本一致。对组合加载载荷拆分独立拉力加载载荷下,工程计算和有限元仿真两种计算方法得到的结果存在差异,在弯矩载荷和侧向载荷下,两种计算方法得到的结果一致。保留吊挂横梁加载及螺栓约束的空间位置,改变内部结构建立3种有限元模型,得到螺栓分配载荷存在差异,验证了有限元仿真计算时不同内部结构对结果存在影响。
Three different elements were used to simulate the connection bolt of suspension beam, and the finite element simulation results were basically consistent. The results of engineering calculation and finite element simulation were different when the combined load was divided into independent tensile load, and the results were consistent under bending moment load and lateral load. Three finite element models were established by retaining the loading position and bolt constraint position of the suspension beam and changing the internal structure of the suspension beam, the difference of bolt distribution load results was obtained. It is verified that different internal structures has influence on the results in the finite element simulation calculation.
