家用冰箱制冷剂流动噪音机理与控制研究 被引量:4

摘要 在冰箱化霜阶段,液态制冷剂淹没回气管,气态制冷剂回流导致储液器中出现“咕噜”冒泡声。本文采用石英玻璃制作透明储液器,实现制冷剂流动的可视化。当气态制冷剂从储液器中回气管排出时产生冒泡声,噪音为30.2dB(A)。为了解决此问题,采用增大储液器容积和设置微型球阀两种优化方法,结果表明:增大储液器容积,峰值噪音明显降低,化霜阶段噪音降至26.1dB(A);设置微型球阀,化霜阶段液态制冷剂没有淹没回气管,气态制冷剂排出稳定,噪音降至24.4dB(A)。 In the defrosting stage of the refrigerator, the suction tube is submerged by the liquid refrigerant, so that the bubbling noise of refrigerant is generated by the return of gas refrigerant. The transparent reservoir is made of quartz glass to visualize the flow characteristics of the refrigerant. When the gas refrigerant discharges from the suction tube of the reservoir, the bubbling noise is 30.2 dB(A). To solve this problem, two optimization methods of increasing the volume of the reservoir and setting the miniature ball valve are adopted. The results show that in the defrosting stage, the peak noise is significantly reduced by increasing the reservoir volume, and the bubbling noise is decreased to 26.1 dB(A);the suction tube isn't submerged by the liquid refrigerant with the miniature ball valve so that the gaseous refrigerant discharge is stable, and the bubbling noise is decreased to 24.4 dB(A).
