摘要 针对目前冷冻疗法制冷效果差以及成本较高的缺点,本文提出采用低成本半导体制冷片设计一种便携式理疗仪系统。采用若干片半导体制冷片固定在制冷体表面,进行制冷片不同位置温度测试,研究了制冷片工作电压对制冷效果的影响、热端风扇电压对制冷效果的影响和皮肤电传感器测试。结果表明,半导体制冷片表面测试的最低温度可达?15℃,当制冷片工作电压为11V和热端风扇电压为10V时,制冷量均达到最大值;在人体使用该系统后,皮肤电阻值明显增大,最大值为338kΩ。该系统可以在短时间内有效缓解剧烈运动之后的疲劳。 In view of the current refrigeration poor effect of cryotherapy and high cost shortcomings, a portable physiotherapy device system with low-cost semiconductor refrigeration sheets is proposed in this paper. Several semiconductor refrigeration sheets are used to fix on the surface of the refrigeration body to carry out the temperature test of the refrigeration sheets. The effect of the working voltage of the refrigeration sheets on the cooling effect, and the effect of hot-end fan voltage on the cooling effect and the skin electrical sensor test are studied. The test results show that the minimum surface temperature of the semiconductor refrigeration sheets can reach ?15 ℃;the cooling capacity achieve maximum value when the working voltage of the refrigeration sheets is 11 V and the hot-end fan voltage is 10 V;after using the system in the human body, the skin resistance value has increased significantly, with a maximum value of 338 kΩ. The system can effectively relieve fatigue after intense exercise in a short period of time.
