摘要
梁披云基于对中国与东南亚国家历史文化的深刻理解和对闽南侨乡及南洋华侨华人社会的切身体验,在担任海疆学校校长期间撰著《海疆教育建设方针》,全面阐述了他对海疆教育涵义、性质、目的的认识,提出了对海疆教育的内容与方法的顶层设计及实施路径,形成了以平民教育思想为底色,与华侨教育实践相结合的海疆教育思想。在高职教育高质量发展的新时代,以构建“人类命运共同体”理念为指导,传承梁披云海疆教育思想,弘扬“己立立人,己达达人”的中华文化精神,贴近“海丝”沿线国家和地区发展实际,深化高职教育国际合作,推进创新发展特色发展,是黎明职业大学打造中国特色世界水平高职教育品牌、服务“一带一路”建设、培养“海丝”建设人才的必由之路。
With insights into Chinese and Southeast Asian history and culture, and rich personal experiences in Minnan hometowns and Southeast Asian communities of overseas Chinese and their descendant, Liang Piyun wrote the Construction Policy of Haijiang Education(i.e.“Education within Maritime Limits”) as the principal of “Haijiang School”, and elaborated his understanding of the meaning, nature and purpose of “Haijiang Education”. In that article, he put forward his top-level design and implementation paths of the contents and methodology of “Haijiang Education”, which has been recognized as “Haijiang Education” thoughts featuring mass education and the practice of overseas Chinese education. In the new era of developing quality higher vocational education, Liming Vocational University inevitably needs to inherit and adapt Liang Piyun’s “Haijiang Education” thoughts with the idea of building a community of shared future for mankind, carry forward the tradition of pursuing win-win in Chinese culture, gain more firsthand knowledge about the countries and regions along the “Road”, deepen international cooperation in higher vocational education and promote innovation and characteristics-driven development, when it aims at reaping a world-class brand of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics, serving the “Belt and Road” and cultivating talents for the “Road”.
