摘要
对炼油催化剂的应用现状进行了概述,炼油催化剂的质量控制技术主要包括分析检测技术、催化剂活性评价以及废催化剂的处理技术。文中重点对催化剂的分析检测技术包括催化剂的化学组成、相组成分析和物化性质进行了分析;废催化剂的处理技术主要有掩埋技术、再生和金属回收等。
The application status of oil refining catalyst was summarized. The quality control technology of oil refining catalyst main? ly included analysis and detection technology, catalyst activity evaluation and spent catalyst treatment technology. This paper em? phatically analyzed the chemical composition, phase composition and physicochemical properties of oil refining catalyst and the main technology of spent catalyst treatment including bury technology, regeneration and metal recovery.
