摘要
为确定某航煤加氢装置催化剂失活原因,对卸出的催化剂进行BET、XRF分析。结果表明,催化剂失活不是催化剂结焦、孔结构坍塌导致。而是催化剂上沉积的砷含量的变化所致,与加氢评价结果和工业装置运行的结果吻合,说明催化剂失活是砷中毒所导致。为避免催化剂再次出现砷中毒,文中提出了3种解决方案。
In order to determine the catalyst deactivation cause in an aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit, BET and XRF analysis were carried out on the discharged catalyst. The results showed that the catalyst deactivation was not caused by coking and collapse of pore structure, but caused by the change of arsenic content deposited on the catalyst, which was consistent with the evaluation re? sults of hydrogenation and the unit operation situation, indicating that the deactivation of catalyst was caused by arsenic poisoning. This paper proposed three solutions to avoid arsenic poisoning of catalyst.
