异戊橡胶生胶门尼黏度数据比对实验室为36家,比对数据采用稳健统计技术进行了处理和分析评价。Z比分数统计结果表明,36家实验室的A、B样品测试结果均为满意结果,所占比例均为100%,Z值的绝对值的平均值均不大于0.7。橡胶门尼黏度标准物质在合成橡胶行业进行推广应用。在校准门尼黏度计、控制产品质量、考核人员、监督检验、交易与贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要的作用。

There are 36 laboratories for comparing mooney viscosity data of isoprene rubber. The robust statistical technique is used for data comparison to analyze and treat with evaluation. The statistical results of z-score showed that the test results of samples A and B of 36 laboratories were all satisfactory, accounting for 100%, and the mean value of absolute value of Z value is no more than 0.7. Rubber mooney viscosity standard material is widely used in synthetic rubber industry. It plays an important role in calibrating mooney viscometers, controlling product quality, inspecting personnel, supervising and inspecting, trading and transaction, quality arbitration and so on.
