摘要
介绍了GARDES-Ⅱ系列催化剂在某炼油厂1300kt/a汽油脱硫装置中的应用。通过操作优化,将原料的硫含量从90mg/kg降至10mg/kg以下,烯烃含量从31%降低至24%以下,混合汽油产品的辛烷值损失约为1.8,氢耗为2.21kg/t,装置能耗为690.03MJ。
This paper introduced the application of GARDES-Ⅱ series catalyst on 1 300 kt/a gasoline desulfurization plant of an oil refinery, optimized operation to reduce the sulfur content of feedstock from 90 mg/kg to 10 mg/kg below, olefin content from 31% to 24% below, and realize the octane loss of blended gasoline products to 1.8, hydrogen consumption to 2.21 kg/t, energy consumption to 690.03 MJ.
