摘要
介绍了水平真空带式过滤机的工作原理及特点。分析了设备真空放空系统、刮刀系统、真空盘落地滚轮、驱动辊等部件存在的问题。提出了优化改进措施,实施优化改进方案后,取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduced the working principle and characteristics of horizontal vacuum belt filter, analyzed existing prob? lems of the equipment vacuum discharging system, scraper system, vacuum disc landing roller, driving roll and other components, put forward the optimization and improvement measures, and obtained good effect after implementing the optimization and improve? ment plan.
