摘要
裂解炉高效率、长周期稳定运行关系到乙烯生产能耗和连续稳定高产。2012年某余热锅炉蒸发器的炉管发生爆裂,为查明该余热锅炉蒸发器内炉管失效的原因,文中对爆裂炉管进行了宏观检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、化学成分分析,找到了蒸发器管失效原因。
The high efficiency and long period stable operation of the cracking furnace is related to the energy consumption continu? ous and stable operation of ethylene plant. In 2012, an evaporator tube of HRSG blowed out. In order to find out the reasons for the failure of the evaporator tube of HRSG, this paper conducted macrographic inspection, scanning electron microscope, energy spec? trum analysis and chemical composition analysis of the burst tube, and found out the reasons for the failure of the evaporator tube.
