壳聚糖-4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯的手性分离应用

摘要 制备了新型涂敷型壳聚糖-4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯手性固定相(CCSP),考察了不同流动相组成下,CCPS对13个手性化合物的手性分离能力;为考察壳聚糖的羟基或氨基上的取代基对CCSP手性分离能力的影响,制备了涂敷型壳聚糖-4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯-苯基氨基甲酸酯手性固定相(PCSP)和壳聚糖-4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯-4-氯苯基氨基甲酸酯手性固定相(LCSP).实验结果表明:CCSP对13个手性化合物都具有手性识别能力,其中8个手性化合物获得了基线或近基线分离,PCSP和LCSP的手性识别能力不如CCSP的,只分离了13个手性化合物中的9个,说明壳聚糖上取代基的不同会影响CCSP的手性分离能力.此外,流动相中醇的含量、醇的结构、样品的结构都会影响CCSP的手性分离能力. A novel coated chitosan-4-methylphenyl carbamate chiral stationary phase (CCSP) was prepared.The chiral separation ability of CCPS for 13 chiral compounds under different mobile phase composition was investigated.In order to investigate the effect of the substitution group on the hydroxyl or amino group of chitosan on the chiral separation ability of CCSP,coated chitosan-4-methylphenylcarbamate-phenylcarbamate chiral stationary phase (PCSP) and chitosan-4-methylphenylcarbamate-4-chlorophenylcarbamate chiral stationary phase (LCSP) were prepared.The experimental results show that CCSP exhibited chiral separation ability for the 13 chiral compounds,among which 8 chiral compounds obtained baseline or near-baseline separation.The chiral recognition ability of PCSP and LCSP was not as good as that of CCSP.Only 9 of the 13 chiral compounds were separated,which indicated that the difference of substitution groups on chitosan would affect the chiral separation ability of CCSP.In addition,the content of alcohol in the mobile phase,the structure of alcohol and the structure of samples would affect the chiral separation ability of CCSP.
