摘要
高职高专物流管理专业的《客户关系管理》教学应更加偏重培养学生的实践能力,传统的教学模式形式单一,课程枯燥乏味。论文对引进任务驱动教学法推动传统教学模式的改革进行了探讨。
The teaching of "Customer RelationshipManagement" of logistics management majors in higher vocational colleges and colleges should be more focused on cultivating students' practical ability. The traditional teaching mode is single in form and the course is boring. The paper discusses the introduction of a task-driven teachingmethod to promote the reform of traditional teachingmode.
