Research on the Bored Pile Technology in Highway Bridge Engineering Construction

基于对公路桥梁工程施工中钻孔灌注桩技术的研究,首先,分析工程案例。然后,阐述公路桥梁工程施工中钻孔灌注桩技术要点,其中包括钻孔与埋设护筒施工技术要点、钢筋笼施工技术要点、混凝土施工技术要点、二次清孔施工技术要点等。最后,为使得钻孔灌注桩技术能够在公路桥梁施工过程中达到良好应用效果,使其应用质量得到保障,给出加强施工材料质量监管、加强钻孔过程监管等措施。

Based on the research of bored pile technology in highway bridge construction, first of all, this paper analyzes the engineering case. Then, this paper expounds the technical points of bored pile technology in highway bridge construction, including the key points of drilling and burying protective tube, the key points of steel cage construction technology, the technical points of concrete construction, the key points of secondary hole cleaning construction technology, and so on. Finally, in order to make the bored pile technology achieve good application effect in the construction process of highway bridge and ensure its application quality, the measures such as strengthening the quality supervision of construction materials and strengthening the supervision of drilling process are given.
